For both domestic and international projects, our syndication team offers professional financing solutions that are tailored to meet the strategic risk profile and individual requirements of our banking partners.
We play an active role in the market as arranger, underwriter and co-underwriter for horizontal and vertical syndications; this includes the pricing, which must be competitive, but also has to appropriately reflect the risks involved. Our commercial real estate lending activities also include syndicated loans. DG HYP may act as lead manager but will also participate in syndicates led by others.
Thanks to our know-how and experience, we are in a position to place the financings promptly and conclude the transactions in a streamlined and efficient manner.
Furthermore, we focus on financing the acquisition of portfolios. These financings are tailor-made for the particular needs of our clients whilst taking their specific risk profiles into consideration.
These financings generally involve the purchase of very large property portfolios. Here, we can advise our clients on fiscal and regulatory issues and also on structuring the finance.
